Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for financial analysis? We are looking for an experienced, structured financial analyst to join Implement’s Financial Reporting and Analytics team as a trusted advisor and strategic finance partner for the business.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Implement to deliver high impact insights, strengthen performance management, and drive decision-making. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your impact and play a key role in scaling our financial capabilities as we grow.
What will you be doing?
Partner with the business and continuously challenge status quo to ensure strategies and performance align with financial goals.
Assume the role of primary financial support and trusted sparring partner for functional leadership teams.
Navigate between detailed analysis and strategic perspective, applying data-driven insights to plan, execute, and steer projects to successful outcomes.
Drive performance management processes as well as supporting area-specific projects and business cases.
Working with different stakeholders to form a strategy resting on a solid data foundation.
Help create an agile and flexible reporting structure to support the continuous growth.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant master’s degree and 3-5 years of work experience. Your analytical and communication skills are outstanding, and you can work on your own projects. Furthermore, you have experience working with large data sets and the ability to transform numbers into actions.
To succeed, you should have:
Proven analytical and project-oriented background - able to operate both deep within the details but also able to see the big picture, when working with both numerical and verbal data
A “CFO mindset” and a passion for driving value creation and keeping track of numbers.
A proactive and outgoing personality. You need to be a team player with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
A talent for working with multiple tasks at the same time while also demonstrating the ability to get things done.
Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to express yourself fluently in both written and spoken English.
