Primary Job Function:

You will actively contribute to the Abbott EPD EM financial department by managing the planning and reporting processes for the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure accurate financial forecasts. You will prepare and analyze periodic deliverables, including LBE decks, S&OP reviews, business reviews, management reports, and department expenses. Additionally, you will engage in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects related to Emerging Markets.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support

• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics

• Prepare periodic management reports / Take a key role in LBE preparation

• Provide financial models and forecasting

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Admiration, accounting or equivalent. MBA degree is an asset.

Minimum Experience/Skillsets Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance roles, required in highly competitive and fast-moving environment

• English mandatory, additional languages appreciated

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Cultural adaptability and emotional intelligence

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence in a matrix and at Sr. Management level

• Accountability for delivering high quality results

• Strong business partnering mindset

• Problem solving skills, business acumen, industry knowledge and project management skills
