Summary
Expense planning and tracking, meeting with related business owners and researching their queries. Support team with adhoc financial analysis in Excel and Google Sheets. Process and idea generation, document process, build out improvements. Monthly variance analysis on other expense and recommendations on go-forward expense planning.
What Part Will You Play?

Planning & Forecasting: Participate in corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, annual and long-range planning in support of key operating segment(s), sales channel(s) and/or functional area(s).

Reporting: Provides accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to business and operating teams, gain key insights into trends with meaningful and actionable analyses. Contribute with the monthly accounting close & reporting process. Support finance’s standing goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of financial information produced, via financial tools, operational efficiencies, and automation.

Assist business owners in forecasting and budgeting

Advise business leaders on financial performance and upcoming challenges

Provide bridge reporting between cycles

R&O analysis

Multitask between changing priorities

Other duties as assigned: Additional training in relation to IT systems and software will also be provided to successful candidates where necessary.
What Are We Looking For In This Role?
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Experience or Degree in: Accounting, Finance or related degree or qualifying certification (CPA, CMA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA Certification)

Typically Minimum 3 Years Relevant Exp

Related professional finance experience
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion Financial Management, and Hyperion Planning a plus

CPA/CMA candidate or other relevant certification preferred
