What We DoDrive business performance as a Financial Analyst Associate by delivering actionable financial and strategic insights through rigorous analysis, tracking key metrics, and partnering closely with business leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintains and delivers monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports and analysis and ensures the accuracy of the information
  • Performs specific ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and variances and presents findings to finance management
  • Uses historical trend information to create projections used for the budgeting or forecasting processes
  • Follow established processes to maintain large data files from disparate data sources for data mining, analysis, and research projects
  • Works collaboratively with team members and other departments
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related area
  • Knowledge of finance, economic, and accounting principles, including financial statements, basic valuation concepts, and financial data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and work with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop practical solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.83 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
