This position reports to:
Finance Manager__
Responsibilities:A. Project Controlling (60-70%)- Project Risk Review: Identify and assess project financial and operational risks; Support PM/M&S to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Project Budget and Cost Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and financial plans; Monitor project spending against approved budgets.
- Project Execution Review: Track project financial performance and KPIs; Conduct regular project performance reviews and variance reporting according to project review policy; Conduct post-project financial reviews and lessons learned documentation.
- Project Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive project financial reports for management and stakeholders; Escalate critical issues and variances to management.
- Product Cost Planning: take lead of a small scale manufacturing unit cost yearly plan, calculate OH/labor yearly rate, and update full cost model.
- Product Standard Cost Monitor:Review and validate product standard costs, track cost changes, and collaborate with product specilist for the cost accuracy.
- Cost Optimization:Recommend and implement cost reduction strategies and value engineering initiatives.
- Supplier Cost Management:Monitor and control supplier costs, negotiate contracts, and track supplier performance.
- Cost Accounting:Maintain accurate product cost records and ensure compliance with accounting standards; oversight ERP cost accounting accuratcy.
- Cost Reporting: Prepare regular product cost reports and variance analysis for management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4-5 years above of experience in production cost control, and/or project financial management.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost accounting, and risk management.
Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification as a plus.
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or similar credential as a plus.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
Experience with project management software.
