IBM Planning & Analytics Developer

Role Summary

Reporting to the Global Expense Controller and working as part of our International Health Expense team you will be responsible for designing and creating new reporting on our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) system as well as optimising the performance and effectiveness of existing reports. This will involve understanding the current set up of our cube designs; rules and processes and scoping specific initiatives for implementation into PAX and/or PAW. You will be expected to provide training to our current in-house TM1 users.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping of forecast items in collaboration with the team.
  • Design and build of cubes, dimensions and process to enable reporting requirements to be achieved.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders across the multiple International Health finance teams.
  • Vigorous testing to ensure output provides accurate results with user acceptance.
  • Providing detailed documentation of changes made and new system designs.
  • Training provided to current TM1 users.
  • Ensuring security groups and processes are clearly defined and set.
