Provides support to the Financial Aid Student Advisor team by generating, sorting, and distributing reports and workflow. Assists staff in the Financial Aid office with digital filing, data entry, and projects requiring attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be a Full Sail University ambassador embracing our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service
  • Generating, sorting, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Support data management projects as necessary
  • Provide communications support to the Financial Aid Student Advising Team
  • Monitor/reply to all email communication
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of Financial Aid Estimated Award Letters.
  • Assign workflow activities to designated teams and/or designated employees as directed.
  • Prepare, send, and notate mass email communication to Students through dedicated communication systems as directed.
  • Provides recommendations to Management regarding policy and procedures.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the department and Full Sail University by performing all other duties as assigned by leadership

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds. Able to work at a computer desk for long periods of time and for the majority of the workday. This position is based on Full Sail University’s campus in Winter Park, Florida. The work environment must be free of distractions and can maintain FERPA standards
