pladis is looking for Accounting Specialist for our Finance Team.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Financial Control and rectify entries, which are done by FOMER (Inventory invoice entries, Expense invoices entries, Capex invoices entries, Asset creations, Tax declarations, Reconciliations, Payroll entries, Daily bank entries, Daily store collection entries and all other tasks),
  • Finance tasks (Vendor, tax, salary, import, capex payment orders, guarantee letters, Loans from/to Yildiz Holding, Customer checks and other finance related tasks),
  • Supervise FTS (Invoice Tracking System),
  • Prepare weekly and daily payment list and coordinate with YH treasury,
  • Support preparing P&L in local currency, MBR, QBR reports along with detailed reports and comments,
  • Prepare Aging reports for vendor and customer and share with concerned functions,
  • Assist in preparing AOP and coordinate with all functions to build the AOP,
  • Liaising with Auditors for documents submission and resolving the queries if any,
  • Monthly, quarterly inter-co and group company reconciliations,
  • Assisting to other departments in finance related tasks.

What do you need for this role?

  • Relevant Financial Degree. Bachelor of Commerce or MBA in finance,
  • Knowledge of food and beverage,
  • Understanding of FMCG Business KPIs,
  • Advance MS Office,
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience,
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Skills Required

  • Relevant Financial Degree (Bachelor of Commerce or MBA in finance)
