Inserito/a nel team Financial Advisors & Wealth Performance Analytics,il/la Financial Advisors & Wealth Performance Analytics Expert è responsabile delle attività di reportistica ed analisi dei dati finalizzate al monitoraggio dei risultati commerciali e alla crescita della rete dei consulenti finanziari ING.

Key Responsibilities:      

• Produce analisi quantitative e qualitative con lo scopo di supportare i manager della rete nella gestione e lo sviluppo del canale;
• Svolge e mette a disposizione della Direzione Commerciale, le analisi necessarie per la gestione dei progetti inerenti il canale;
• Sviluppa e pubblica dashboard, report e analisi di dettaglio sulle performance commerciali della rete dei consulenti finanziari;
• Monitora gli indicatori di performance e i principali KPIs per verificare l’efficacia commerciale, il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e l’efficienza operativa del canale dei consulenti finanziari;
• Cura l’aggiornamento e l’evoluzione dei database interni e imposta e sviluppa gli strumenti in dotazione ai canali utili alla tracciatura dei dati;
• Supporta la produzione della documentazione richiesta per la realizzazione d’iniziative o progetti banca che richiedono la tracciatura delle performance del canale.
• Collabora con le altre aree interne alla Banca per efficientare i processi di condivisione dati e la certificazione degli stessi.

Educational Qualifications:

• Laurea in matematica, Statistica, Ingegneria o percorsi di studi con orientamento quantitativo  

Technical, Language and other Specialised Skills:

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Windows Office, in particolare Access ed Excel
• Conoscenza dell’applicativo SAS base
• Approccio analitico
• Precisione e puntualità
• Ottima capacità di problem solving
• Flessibilità e autonomia
• Conoscenza dei processi interni della Banca
• Capacità di gestire tempestivamente le priorità secondo i mutamenti degli scenari interni ed esterni

Work Experience:

• Minimo 2/3 anni di esperienza nello svolgimento di attività di reporting e analisi dati

Working conditions: Full Time
