Expertise & Qualifications
We are seeking professionals who can immediately contribute at a senior level:
Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in the pension, wealth management, and protection sectors is essential.
Essential Foundation: QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is the minimum requirement to apply.
Success Accelerator: Candidates holding the prestigious CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and/or RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor) designations possess the comprehensive expertise required to immediately thrive, lead complex engagements, and maximize their potential in this senior position.
Industry Context: A strong track record in broker environments is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse product portfolios and client needs.
Required Skills
As an experienced adviser, you will have previous experience;
Meeting clients
Identifying and understanding their financial goals and requirements
Building appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Expertise in pension, wealth management, and protection sectors.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
Experience packaging and selling a range of Pension products is required for this role.
