Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) tracking, including logging invoices and monitoring payment status
- Help review financial reports for accuracy and flag any inconsistencies to the finance team
- Support tracking of company spending and maintain organized records of expenses
- Pull, run, and organize standard and ad hoc financial reports as requested
- Maintain and update financial files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data entry in accounting and financial systems
- Support month-end and year-end processes by gathering and organizing required information
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to collect or clarify financial information
- Help ensure all financial documents are properly filed and easily accessible
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
