As a Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and insight of our financial reporting across multiple entities.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will own key elements of the month-end close, support statutory reporting, and provide analytical insight that informs business decisions.
This is a high-exposure role offering breadth across financial accounting, audit, tax, and FP&A—ideal for a part-qualified accountant looking to accelerate development within a global, multi-entity environment.
What You’ll Do- Deliver Month-End Excellence: Support timely and accurate month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes
- Own Core Accounting Activities: Prepare journals (accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany) and maintain ledger integrity
- Strengthen Financial Control: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, resolve variances, and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Drive Insightful Reporting: Analyse P&L and balance sheet movements with clear, value-adding commentary
- Support Statutory & Audit Processes: Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and assist with external audit deliverables
- Enable Better Decisions: Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow analysis across entities
- Improve & Evolve: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimisation
- Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with active progression
- 3–5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong understanding of IFRS and practical application in reporting
- Proven experience supporting month-end close in a multi-entity environment
- Solid grounding in financial controls and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365)
- Structured and deadline-driven, with strong organisational skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious

Skills Required
- Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong understanding of IFRS
