We're seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to help us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

What you'll do:

  • Provide analysis and operational support for the global finance and sales groups, including implementation of annual price increases, price list assessment, discounting practices, and product and bundle analysis
  • Demonstrate comprehensive and detailed analysis of complex data sets, including variance and trend analysis
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard operating procedures in various systems
  • Create and maintain various reporting dashboards, integrating data from multiple systems
  • Project manage new initiatives
  • Standardize the process for implementation of new products, including roadmap analysis, pricing models, royalty considerations, and system implementation


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience
  • Robust Excel skills
  • A solid understanding of professional sales organizations and experience with database management, preferably within the software industry
  • Two or more years of previous Sales Operations, Project Management, or Finance experience
  • Background in life science or materials science is a plus

Additional Perks + Benefits

In addition to our regular paid time off, we also offer a week off during the last week of December. The past three years, in recognition of our employees' incredible efforts, we also offered a week off in August as "Project R&R."
