We are currently looking for a Finance Trainee at our plant in Fuenlabrada! You will join our finance team for a professional internship, with the aim of learning, developing professionally and contributing all your knowledge to us.
Mission:
Team member of the management control team at site level
Contribute to daily indicators construction.
Support on internal control testing and action plan implementation
Support reliability and timeliness of group Reporting
Support the interface between Controlling team and Operations
Responsibilities:
Update and control daily indicators to share with operational management.
Support on reporting of financial indicators.
Validation on overhead for plant requirements.
Inventory gap analysis and validation
Prepare actions of Back on Track and follow up with operational teams
Contribute to budget and 5 years business plan processes
Develop or implement standard management control tools - in and outside SAP
Secure compliance and internal control testing and improvement action plans
Secure accounting is done based on IFRS/local rules and participate in external audit preparation
Education:
Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit from a Top Business School or MBA
Knowledge in ERP usage, preferably SAP
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
High level of written and oral English
Proven high analytical skills
Conditions:
Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm; Friday: 8.00 am - 3.30 pm.
914€/month + canteen service included.
