Job Description
Associate Client Legal Administrator - Corporate Criminal Compliance.
Ubicación: Madrid, España | Jornada completa OnSite / Híbrida
Horario: Lunes a viernes
Estamos buscando un Asociado Junior altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Derecho Penal Corporativo en Madrid.
Este puesto ofrece una excelente oportunidad para desarrollar tu experiencia en cumplimiento penal y responsabilidad penal corporativa, apoyando el trabajo con clientes de alto perfil.
Responsabilidades clave:

• Apoyar en la preparación y mantenimiento de Programas de Cumplimiento Penal (PPRP/CCP) para los clientes.
• Revisar documentación y contratos considerando aspectos legales y de cumplimiento.
• Recopilar, estructurar y analizar evidencia para respaldar iniciativas de cumplimiento.
• Hacer seguimiento de entregables y plazos de los clientes, asegurando la finalización oportuna de las tareas.
• Asistir en la implementación y seguimiento de planes de acción derivados de evaluaciones de riesgo y revisiones de cumplimiento.

Requisitos:

• Título en Derecho, o doble titulación en Derecho y Administración de Empresas.
• 1-2 años de experiencia profesional en cumplimiento penal o responsabilidad penal corporativa.
• Dominio de español e inglés.
• Máster o certificaciones profesionales en cumplimiento, derecho penal corporativo o riesgos regulatorios altamente valorados.
• Gran atención al detalle, enfoque metódico y capacidad para trabajar dentro de marcos legales y de cumplimiento regulados.
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de comunicación.
