Mondovì, the first Valeo site founded in Italy, is the largest in terms of employees and surface area today. The Mondovi plant is focused on the production of Powertrain Systems (Dual Mass Flywheels + Clutches).

As a Finance Trainee in Valeo Mondovì you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker Companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment.

Mission:

You will learn how to:

• Support and understand the challenges of monthly closing. 

• Contribute to the financial performance (weekly reporting) and the main site financial KPIs.

• Support the different reporting analysis required by the group and the plant in the respect of the deadlines

• Contribute to specific ad-hoc analysis

• Support the on-site management control reviews with other departments and support the monitoring of action plans (transport costs reduction, non quality costs reduction, productivities, etc.)

• Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies

• Coordinate the different services in order to deliver accurate previsions and analysis. 

• Support the benchmark and standardization of management control tools. 

• Achieve Follow up of GPS related KPIs and of specific files

• Interact to Shared service to communicate progress on supplier/customer litigations and logistic and quality incidents

Desired skills and experience:

• Education: Economics Degree

• Competences required: committed to problem analysis and problem solving skills; MS Excel

• Language: Italian mother tongue, fluent English
