Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Manages annual Budget and Forecast processes and weekly/monthly periodic reporting.
  • Calculates New Programs Quotation.
  • Performs project financial analysis from development phase to SOP (Start of Production) versus expected quote capital.
  • Performs Sales Analysis.
  • Controls Capex.
  • Ensures constant monitoring, analysis and reporting of plant economic data on production, logistics and product activities.
  • Investigates results and deviations from budgets and standard costs.
  • Supports continuous improvement activities on production, logistics, and product development with economic information.
  • Ensures adherence to the Group financial accounting policies and procedures.
  • Participates in periodic plant, industry and function level meetings.
  • Analyses the gap in profitability indicators and KPIs.
  • Upholds the principles of the Magna Employee's Charter, Magna's Operational Principles, Magna's Environmental Health and Safety Policy & Procedures, MML Quality Policy, Program Execution Process and Business Protocols. Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in countries which Magna conducts business & Magna compliances.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering or related field of studies.
  • 5+ years' experience in controlling, either within a private company or as external auditor (experience in industrial companies preferred)
  • SAP CO/FI Proficiency
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and SOX/US GAAP)
  • Analysis and interpretation of Standard Cost
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Experience in Reporting
  • Italian Fluency, Good knowledge of English
  • Strong communication and decision making skills
  • Ability to reach targets also without direct supervision
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
