  • Own performance dashboards. Assist with the development and maintainence of dashboards that track both financial and non-financial drivers of performance, including revenue momentum, cost-to-income trends, JAWS, customer behaviour, productivity, risk indicators and strategic initiative delivery.
  • Embed digital and AI-enabled finance ways of working independently. Use emerging AI capabilities to improve the speed, accuracy and usefulness of finance output.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislative amendments, IFRS technical accounting principals, industry best practice, and internal compliance procedures and requirements.
  • Support the reporting team with year-end external reporting deliverables, including Board reporting and the preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Enhance data governance and insight quality. Ensure finance data is accurate, well-controlled, reconciled, consistently defined and suitable for decision-making across business units and reporting cycles.
  • Contribute to a development-focused culture where successes, issues, trends, and ideas are actively shared.
