Your Quest (aka What You’ll Be Doing):
- Systems Sorcerer: You’ll be the wizard behind the curtain, keeping our financial systems (think Oracle NetSuite, SAP Concur, and more!) running smoothly. You'll cast spells (aka handle updates and configurations) to make sure everything works like magic.
- Team Translator: Ever played telephone? You’ll be our expert translator, helping Finance, IT, HR, and everyone in between understand our systems and speak the same language.
- Project Pilot: Buckle up! You’ll be leading system implementations and integrations. Think of yourself as the pilot navigating us through new technological skies.
- User Ultra-Supporter: You’re the superhero our users need! You’ll be their go-to person for any system-related questions, saving the day with your knowledge and skills.
- Release Note Rockstar: You’ll break down complex release notes into easy-to-understand language, like a rockstar explaining their hits to the audience.
- Stakeholder Superstar: You’ll build and maintain relationships with stakeholders like a true superstar, making sure everyone’s happy and in the loop.
Your Superpowers (aka Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience being a systems whiz.
- Know your way around accounts payable and accounts receivable process.
- Ready for a hybrid work(3 days onsite, 2 days remote) mainly in our awesome Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City office.
