You will be responsible for the following:
Finance Strategy:
Facilitate Finance Management Committee cadences, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Lead strategic mandates from the CFO, including the development and execution of key initiatives.
Manage and support ad hoc initiatives as required by the Finance Heads.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance organization.
Change Management:
Lead stakeholder management efforts, ensuring all relevant parties are engaged and informed throughout the change process.
Prepare and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives.
Drive change adoption by providing training plans and support to Finance staff and other stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
