In the role of the Finance Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of the business through sound fundamental practices. You will be responsible for a specific business unit, division or product covering all areas of financial and management reporting, planning and analysis. In this role, you’ll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role and make an impact. To support your team, you will develop talent, drive strategic business initiatives, and review financial forecasts, variance reports, and industry drivers as part of the planning process. You will serve as a strategic business partner for leaders, leading strategic initiatives and supporting cross functional teams with high visibility and impact. Ideally, you are fully knowledgeable on the day today activities of a product or process and can provide assistance on complex business issues. - Lead expense analytics for $1.3B of expenses for the Commercial Banking Division
- Act as the Business CFO and directly support the Commercial Operations, In business Risk and HQ Portfolio Management teams
- Work with the members of the Commercial FP&A team to understand expense trends and variances to comparison points
- Synthesize key expense themes working with the team and develop materials for the Commercial Monthly Review, the MBR and other senior forums
- Ensure appropriate expense tracking for the teams supported directly
- Maintain financial control on invoicing for teams supported directly and ensure all invoices are properly accrued
- Interact with senior management as needed on expense analytics
- Conduct ad-hoc expense analytics for Strategic Plans and initiatives
- Assist on other Commercial FP&A initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree
FP&A experience; expense FP&A experience a plus
Banking knowledge especially Commercial Banking a plus
Financial modeling and analysis skills
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge.
Hyperion Planning and/or Hyperion Essbase experience preferred
Collaborative, problem solving and analytical skills.
Must demonstrate high energy, initiative, intellectual curiosity and creativity

Hours: 40 - 4 days a week in office, 1 day remote

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $168,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
