Senior Finance Analyst - CFP&A Operations
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office and Friday Work from Home)
Responsibilities:

Be the subject matter expert for NCR's Business Cases
-
Required to maintain, promote, and improve the usability of financial data and modeling through standardized templates.

Quickly preform accurate, in-depth data analysis, as part of above problem solving or ad hoc requests from leadership
-
Partner with the financial planning community and product teams to develop comprehensive models that can outline inflows and outflows of cash.

Brainstorm, plan, and provide guidance where applicable for business modeling requirements
-
Ability to track performance of business cases through the NCR Atleos financial systems and readout status and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Graduate with Business, Finance or related degree
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills
-
Strong oral and written communication skills. Capable of communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership team
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues to resolution
-
Understanding the flow of a P&L, and tradition financial KPIs used to evaluate business success
-
Familiarity with financial planning tools, such as Oracle EPM/Essbase, and data relationship management solutions, like Oracle DRM
-
Ability to analyze data and large data sets is crucial
-
Ability to learn at a rapid pace and desire to learn new technologies
-
Self-starter who can coordinate multiple activities with shifting priorities and tight timeframes
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of financial systems and structures

Proven root cause analysis skills
-
Evidence of ability to document processes clearly and concisely with detail-oriented precision

Project Management skills/experience; ability to work across an org chart
