This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of finance operations, supporting business decision-making and ensuring strong financial governance. The position focuses on managing daily finance activities, enabling accurate reporting, driving compliance, and partnering with internal teams to support smooth and efficient business operations.- Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in line with NFRS and IFRS standards
- Manage general ledger and month-end closing activities, including invoice processing, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Support supplier onboarding and data management, while assisting in treasury and cash flow activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely financial reports, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting initiatives
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness of documentation and timely resolution of queries
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory and tax requirements, including VAT, TDS, and corporate tax compliance
- Maintain strong documentation standards to support transparency and audit readiness
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with professional certification (Semi-CA / ACCA) is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in finance ,accounting or audit roles, ideally within a corporate environment or an audit firm
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (Semi-CA or ACCA)
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing general ledger, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Experience with invoice processing and supplier onboarding/data management
- Knowledge of local tax requirements (VAT, TDS, corporate tax) and compliance processes
- Experience participating in internal and external audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
