We’re looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team and keep the financial engine of our fast-growing digital marketing agency running smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients across reporting, operations and compliance - fully remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Manage AP/AR - invoicing, payments and collections
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with teams on project budgets and expenses
  • Support tax filings, financial statements and compliance requirements
  • Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements
  • Drive improvements to financial systems and processes
  • Work with vendors, clients and auditors on financial matters
Required Skills:
  • 1–2 years in finance or accounting, ideally in a marketing or creative agency
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting tools - QuickBooks, Xero or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, well-organized and reliable under pressure
  • Knowledge of advertising industry financial practices is a plus
Location: 100% remote position. Work hours: CET timezone.

Compensation: $1,200-$2,500 USD per month (based on the experience).
Additional benefits: 20 paid vacation days annually, paid bank holidays, emergency sick leave.
