Otto International is seeking for one passionate Temporary Finance Specialist to join our Dongguan team. In this role, you will support the Payment Services team and Manager, Finance by completing vendor payment and accounting tasks. This temporary role will be on a 12-month contract basis.
How will you make a difference?
- Verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter necessary data into the payment system.
- Interact and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers, managers, and colleagues to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier invoices, payments, and claims deductions.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist with special projects & Ad-Hoc Accounting Tasks as needed
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) and working towards achieving a professional qualification
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Being curious, open-minded, eager to learn, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
