The Position
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Finance specialist (Intern) to support the Finance colleagues in their activities related to the interactions with HCPs/HCOs, VAT checks of invoices, year-end activities, etc.
The position is for a period of 1 year on a half working day (4 hours per day).
Main Responsibilities:

Support Finance Team in their daily activities;

Civil contracts accounting for in ERP system SAP;
-
Dealing with GSD (Grants, sponsorships and donations): supporting documentation gathering and management, checking for compliance, etc.;

Assisting in yearly customer balance confirmation process;
-
Supporting Transparency disclosure - Disclosure of Transfer of Values to HCOs (health-care organizations), POs (patient organizations) and HCPs (health-care professionals);
-
VAT: general check of invoices (correctness of tax codes)/ VAT registers generation/ VAT declaration submission to NRA;
-
Supporting various ad-hoc finance reports and tasks;

Work with various internal departments.
Key Job Requirements:
Education, Qualifications and Professional Memberships:

3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty or a relevant working experience;
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Good knowledge in MS Office Products – Experienced in working with Excel spreadsheets;

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;

Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;

Passionate team player;
Languages:
Excellent command of English language;
