Job Description
Position Summary
Within the Finance Processes, Systems and Optimization team, lead the evolution and the support of Atlas users using the application. The Live country BPO is the gate keeper of the Atlas v2 core model in case of enhancements and point of contact for complex global users' questions regarding Finance processes and its related Atlas functionalities.
Day to day tasks:
1. Improvement of the ATLAS core model on Controlling, Accounting, Risk and related interfaces:
- Lead the design of new/enhanced functional features (non MVP) requested by Atlas users with regional Business Process Owners (BPOs), IT BAs – Core model enhancements, – Local requirements in coordination with the regional BPOs, – Interfaces – Reports (in the ORD).
- Supervise the documentation of the functional specifications related to above items
- Validate the tests done by regional BAs
- Validate the NRT tests done on new releases
- Organize the communication for the Finance teams
- Lead new roll outs – new functionalities / new locations
2. Incident Management:
- Coordinate prioritization
- Validate the tests done by regional BAs
- Understand, report and work alongside the BA/support to correct issues with the system’s behavior
3. Continuous improvement of live countries’ support processes
- Update the ATLAS Financial user guides
- Propose new methodology / changes of process / Excel spreadsheets in order to improve the quality and the timeliness of the financial data coming from Atlas
4. User support & training
- Conduct the training of the key users and BAs on the changes made on the ATLAS core model in ATLAS
- Act as first line support to the business in case of issue during project roll out and as third line
- Support post go-live in coordination with the other BPOs and with the IT support teams
- Train new Finance users
Internal and external contacts of the position holder:
- Internal Regional Controller, ATLAS Accounting, controlling & Execution Regional BPMs, ATLAS Global BPMs, Controlling teams within the region, ATLAS regional BAs, ATLAS regional PMs, ATLAS GCC, Regional IT Head
- External ATLAS developer
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration with major in Finance/Accounting/Controlling alternatively with complementary studies in Information Systems Management.
- 5 years in Finance (Accounting & Reporting and Controlling) in roles such as Controller.
- Knowledge of the agri-business sector will be considered a plus
- Experience in financial processes and ERP implementations, preferably on functional design
- Strong experience in commodity controlling will be considered an advantage
- Fluent English

- Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful
- Experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning
- Agri-business sector knowledge is a strong plus
Technical skills/knowledge: Excel, Power point, Word, SQL, any programing language
