In this role, you will:
Provide specialized financial governance support for Vesta transformation program by maintaining one-time cost tracking, data validation, reporting, and controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely inputs for month-end close, forecast processes, and governance forums.
This role will serve as a finance specialist focused on improving process discipline, strengthening data organization, and partnering with stakeholders to support consistent execution across key transformation programs.
1) One-Time Costs Tracking & Financial Governance
Maintain and enhance one-time cost trackers across actuals, forecast, commitments, and line-of-sight estimates.
Consolidate data across SAP downloads, templates, workstream inputs, and governance materials to support a reliable single source of truth.
Develop and improve standard templates used for reporting, analysis, and leadership reviews.
2) Data Strategy, Reporting & Process Improvement
Design and maintain clean, consistent, and auditable datasets for:
One-time cost actuals
Forecast updates
Apply file organization, naming conventions, version control, and traceability standards across finance deliverables.
Contribute to efficiency improvements across reporting processes, including template simplification, automation opportunities, and improved consolidation routines.
3) Documentation, Controls & Audit Readiness
Organize supporting documentation for one-time cost approvals.
Ensure clear linkage and audit trail between:
Approvals
Purchase Orders (POs)
4) Month-End Close Support
Support the accruals review process for central IMO high-value POs by:
Reviewing completeness, consistency, and reasonableness of accrual inputs before escalation or submission.
Identify and escalate gaps or inconsistencies with clear supporting analysis and recommended next steps.
5) Stakeholder Support & Ad-hoc Analysis
Refine:
Presentation materials
Ad-hoc data requests
Analysis for transformation leadership discussions.

Who you are?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
Experience in financial analysis, accounting, reporting, controlling, FP&A, audit, shared services finance, or other related finance functions.
Experience supporting month-end close activities, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
Experience managing large datasets and consolidating information from multiple data sources.
Drive automation and process standardization by streamlining reporting, month-end consolidation, and repetitive finance activities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and structured reporting.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
Leverage Copilot, Power BI, and automation tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
