The Role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will support our Finance team in two key areas: Accounting and FP&A. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and provides an opportunity to contribute to both operational and analytical financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:
Providing support in day-to-day accounting activities and period-end closing processes, as well as assisting with financial documentation and reporting.

FP&A Support:
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounting and FP&A
  • Good accounting knowledge, including US GAAP
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced use of Pivot Tables
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • IT experience within a services company is considered an advantage
  • Experience with NetSuite would be a strong plus
