The Role

As a SAP S/4 Functional Financial Management Reporting Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end financial reporting solutions across SAP S/4HANA. This role bridges business finance requirements with technical analytics platforms, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant reporting solutions. The architect leads reporting strategy, data modeling, and integration across SAP and enterprise analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze ideas and demands for architectural fit and participates in translating detailed business requirements provided by the solution owner into an implementable solution, including specific technical requirements 
  • Translate business requirements into functional & reporting specifications based on enterprise architecture
  • Support the Nokia Business for accurate, timely, and automated financial closing processes across SAP systems
  • Gather reporting requirements from Finance stakeholders. Collaborated with Finance and program teams on SAP projects, consolidation projects, and transformation initiatives
  • Keeps the alignment between the enterprise architecture blueprint, recommendations, and solution implementation.
  • Solves technical problems and develops original and innovative solutions with an impact on the business
  • Participates in defining and documenting detailed functional solutions and system designs. Updates solution design documents as needed based on actual implementations
  • Anticipates internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues and contributes support to improvements that create a competitive advantage
  • Supports project solution design compliance with enterprise architecture and makes recommendations for alignment, quality, and efficiency.
  • May support a project orprogram to ensure technical/architectural integrity and consistency of the solution
     
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10  years of SAP S/4 Finance reporting experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, Group Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules, Management Reporting, and financial processes
  • Financial close & consolidation, Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
