Provide leadership, direction and coordination of activities within the team, including driving change and ensure the accuracy of various reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, direction, coordination on financial and budget analyses and providing insightful and forward-looking analysis within the team. . This involves evaluating complex financial data, collaborating with key stakeholders, and influencing investment decision-making. Additionally, the role is responsible for producing accurate and timely management information, including complex financial performance analysis and translating data into decision-relevant insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop long-term and near-term financial plans, partnering with relevant functional areas to articulate business priorities and financial plans to execute against those priorities.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting metrics by analysing financial data, performing complex data entry, verifying accuracy and collaborating with senior leadership as needed.
• Assist Finance Business Partners in developing and executing strategies to help achieve the goals and objectives of the departments/towers.
• Prepare and maintain the budgeting and forecasting tool for assigned line(s) of business.
• Prepare regular reports including KPI and dashboard reporting , recommendations, and interpretations to the leadership group based on financial and operating data and variances in the budget.
• Ensure compliance with existing policies, procedures and relevant regulations/legislations.
• Maintain an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the strategic objectives.
• Assist in the financial analysis of feasibility of projects as well as benefits realised from key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Provide visible leadership, effective communication, and feedback to the team.
