The Vision Deliver Finance team is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst who will provide finance support for Vision Deliver organization for Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Japan market. The team partners with Deliver organization (i.e. logistics and customer services functions), influencing business strategy and achievement of financial goals by providing financial analysis and decision support. This role also partners across end-to-end finance functions for daily finance support to the Deliver organization and supports FP&A process changes. This role focuses on the Japan market (one of the largest markets worldwide), while also assuming responsibilities for few other Asia-Pacific markets in Deliver support.
Key Responsibilities:- The Japan Senior Finance Analyst will report to Finance Manager (based in Singapore).
- Leads business planning & update process and coordinates detailed bottoms-up planning for key markets (Japan, and other Asia-Pacific markets)
- Supports submissions in regional FP&A processes for business planning cycles & updates, forecasting, and actuals reporting.
- Prepares regular reports and commentary on Deliver-owned financial metrics.
- Leads or supports period-closing activities, in collaboration with the accounting function from global services. This includes accruals estimations & validation, fixed asset transactions and executing intercompany cross-charges.
- Prepares monthly performance and planning decks, adding first-line commentary to enable framing by the manager for leadership reviews
- Highlight risks and opportunities that give insight to business partners and drive decisions.
- Perform ad hoc reporting & performance analytics, such as scenario analysis and cost benchmarking studies.
- Support strong compliance and accounting policy awareness, within the Deliver function.
- Lead or support FP&A process changes for the responsible areas
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- Any advanced degrees or professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, etc. is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting processes, or related business experience is required.
- Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, various look-up functions) is required.

- Ability to develop trusted partnerships across multiple levels in both business organization and finance, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong planning and prioritization capability to work under matrixed organizational structure
