Finance & Sales Data Analyst Intern- Temporary (9 months)

Ferring+You

• To carry out professional Finance and accounting duties by producing complete, accurate and timely financial ‎transactions and information in line with the organizations’ policies and procedures, accounting ‎standards and legislation.‎

• Contribute to proper and effective administrative, financial reporting.

Your day at Ferring

• Processing and statistical treatment of sales that generates accurate sales reports according to the indications.

• Monitor and control of the CRM system and preparation of reports on sales force activity.

• Calculation of bonus achieved by commercial staff according to the bonus scheme approved.

• Business day to day relationships with providers of data sources.

• Participate in the calculation of quotas for sales representative.

• Prepare reports on Accounting Receivables, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Report.

• Ensures accurate accounting records for company receipts and/or disbursements. Performs accounts receivable duties, such as, arranging settlements in accordance with their respective payment terms and instructions. Performs monthly accounts reconciliation

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

• Fresh graduate or 1-5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of standard accounting practices and controls.

• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to details.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.‎

• Excellent computer skills; minimum of intermediate level in Excel.

• Excellent command of English Language (oral and in writing).
