As an Finance Reporting Manager at Influ2, you will play a critical role in driving our analysis efforts and financial planning, ensuring that our business strategies are supported by financial insights. Your responsibilities will include scrutinizing financial data, creating accurate forecasts, responsibility for budgeting, financial reporting, strategic alignment to enhance our strategic decision-making and overall performance.
What you'll do:
- Refine Finance Reports: Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans and reports.. Monitor Inlu2 financial position and prepare reports for both internal and external use.
- Finance Analysis, Modeling and Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing, ARR, unit economics, and core KPIs to support and inform strategic decisions. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize financial modeling techniques to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Investor and Management Reporting: You will create management and investor reports to guide executive and operational decisions. Provide regular updates on the company's financial performance.
- Tax Reporting: participation in the preparation of tax reports and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all departments to ensure alignment with growth objectives and provide data-driven financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Experince:
- 3+ years in business planning and financial reporting.
- 2+ years relevant accounting experience. Certification is preferred (ICCF, CFA, CPA, etc.).
- Advanced Excel experience.
- Experience in Audit companies.
- Experience in SaaS is preferred but not required.
Skills:
- English Proficiency: B2-level English or higher, you communicate effectively in writing across functions and time zones.
- Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of business analysis and modeling, U.S. GAAP, and financial analysis.
- Tech savviness: Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial, business analysis software.
- Ability to solve complex analytical tasks: Strong critical thinking skills to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Ability to conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
