Job Summary:
Manages the development and implementation process of financial system related projects from design and development to production. Creates project plans documenting, schedules, tasks, deliverables, status and timeline. Develops and delivers progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. Support requirements gathering, data analysis, testing and data migration activities. Builds and manages relationships functional business units.
Accountabilities:

Responsible for managing financial system related projects from initiation to completion.

Supports Director in development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of appropriate systems, projects, services, and budgets.

Coordinates and/or participates in assessment and design team activities.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Collaborates with functional area managers to determine needs, capture requests and ideas, for financial system enhancements and new implementations and presents those to management.

Coaches, mentors, and manages project team to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with project and company standards/policies

Interview stakeholders and end users to gather business requirements.

Create and maintain systems documentation including business requirements, functional designs, business cases, user manuals, test plans, test cases and training materials.

Communicates ideas in one-to-one situations, small groups, and before large audiences.

Utilizes resources in a matrix management environment.

Identifies and resolves project issues and implements improvement plans to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.

Provide ad hoc support to the financial system team.

Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures with business analysis, project management, process development and execution.

Knowledge of project management software and other technologies.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related Field.

Master’s degree or its international equivalent preferred.

Project Management (PM) Certification preferred
Experience:
-
Typically requires 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology.

Hands-on experience and knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and/or Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred.

Experience in multi-functional/matrix management and implementation.

Experience with implementation of enterprise software applications.
The expected US Based hiring salary range for this role is listed below. Candidate FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget.
Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.
US Based Hiring Salary Range: $100,000 - $131,000
International hiring ranges will differ based on location.
