Tietoevry Tech Services Latvia is looking for a Finance Data Flow Analyst to strengthen our finance team.

With us you will be involved in one or several of the below listed activities:

• Monitor and optimize end-to-end financial data flows between source systems. 
• Ensure timely and accurate data availability for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. ​
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data readiness for group consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and validation of financial reports and disclosures.
• Maintain documentation of data flow processes, mappings, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data quality standards.
• Provide training and support to finance users on data tools and processes.
• Work with IT teams to implement and maintain data interfaces and automation scripts.
• Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and external consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support finance transformation projects, including ERP upgrades and reporting tool enhancements.

We expect you have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial data management, business reporting or similar role
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and pivot-table modeling
• Strong SQL and automation scripting skills (e.g., VBA)
• Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
• Ability to document data-flow processes, mappings etc.
