What you'll do:
- Support the Revenue & Cost Recognition team in their monthly closing tasks for the European region.
- Reconcile revenue and costs information from Salesforce to SAP on a monthly basis.
- Book accruals in SAP based on reconciliations and reporting requirements.
- Review, match, and validate purchase orders, publisher invoices, and delivery reports to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Help with reporting and troubleshooting during the closing process, using your accounting knowledge to identify and resolve discrepancies.
What you need for this role:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (recent graduates or final-year students welcome!).
- Strong Excel skills (Advanced level).
- Solid accounting knowledge and a good head for numbers.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship skills for working with both internal and external partners.
- Experience or knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
- Previous exposure to the Media, Advertising, or Service industry is a plus.
- An interest in revenue assurance and financial operations!
