Amplifon Belgium is looking for a talented Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist to join the Belgium Finance team with further potential to grow within the company either locally or internationally.
With solid line to Financial Director, the person is going to support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.
The Finance Planning & Control function is promoting the key added value initiatives for the company and is determining long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company’s financial direction.

Position details
The Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist will be accountable for:
Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing process and P&L construction. Manage the financial reporting to the local and EMEA management for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
Support the business to reach its strategic and growth objectives, by performing financial analyses.
Lead and follow the monthly and yearly cash flow management process while optimizing the working capital position.
Participate actively to the construction of the 3 years Business Plan, Budget and Forecast
Establish and present standardized, business-focused reporting towards the management team.
Review internal processes, tools or methods and develop and implement improvements
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Finance function.
- Proven experience operating in multinational organizations, with exposure to dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
- International experience or a strong international mindset is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Solid business acumen and a genuine business partnering approach, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Agile learner with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
