Finance Performance & Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Finance Performance & Data Analyst who will take ownership of analytical activities within our Finance Hub in Poland. The Hub supports accounting and financial processes across four European countries, and this role will play a critical part in providing high‑quality insights, data analysis and regular reporting for our key stakeholders across URW.
Ideal candidates are analytical experts with strong technical skills, able to create impactful reporting, identify trends, propose solutions and confidently present results to senior management.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and deliver metrics, dashboards and reporting solutions to support the needs of the finance organization.
- Analyze reporting outputs and KPI trends to drive and influence business decisions, supporting the delivery of the business plan and budget targets.
- Compile, synthesize and present insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to strategic and operational planning.
- Work independently to proactively identify needs, challenges and process gaps, and develop enhancements across processes, tools and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across URW — including local Finance teams and IT — to align on process improvements, performance requirements and tool development.
- Manage and deliver assigned projects, including planning, budgeting and governance, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Our Requirements
- Excellent technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint and database/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in finance processes.
- Experience working with on‑site and remote teams, demonstrating drive for results, ability to deal with ambiguity, and high integrity and trust.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
