Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of sales management experience in mortgage or consumer lending
- Current NMLS license
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet sales targets
- Experience in centralized sales or processing center management
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the mortgage industry
- Ability to work independently and adapt to process changes
- Passion for member experience and efficient workflows
