About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the European region as part of Europe & Pacific Developed Markets Zone. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside a cross functional team of Sales, Revenue Management, Finance and Legal peers, always trying to reach the next level. You'll be part of the Central Finance team . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to delivery successful International negotiations contributing as key finance partner.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Finance Business Partnering of the International Buying Groups cross-functional team
- Own financial data and simulation models, run and assess financial scenarios
- Drive end-to-end company financial gains; boost sales, gross margin and working Capital
- Key contact for country finance leads in relation to international negotiations
- Leading the development and improvement of analitic tools to provide cross country visibility,
- Active support during commercial negotiations with international Buying Groups
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Background in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner (f.e. Revenue Management, Sales Finance or similar)
- More than 5 years of work experience within the FMCG, Manufacutring or similar industries
- People Management would be an advantage, as this position will have the responsibility for one direct report (Finance Analyst)
- English and any other language will be an advantage
- Strong Analytics, Power BI/Tableau, Excel and database management
- Ability to work in a multicultural emviroment
