Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst
Location: Manila, Philippines


Summary:

 The Finance Operations Analyst is an integral member of the PS Finance & Operations team. The Analyst is responsible for providing financial and operational support globally. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for PS Operations for resources based across each of our four main regions. The Analyst will be working closely with Finance and operation team to meet the business requirements and goals.


Activities include:

  • Managing financial transaction/data, financial data verification, financial records maintenance, and compiling/maintaining ad-hoc financial information and reports.

  • Preparation of Monthly PS Billing/Invoicing

  • Project Management/Project setup

  • Timesheet Management

  • Preparation of Monthly PS Billing/Invoicing

  • Project Closure

  • Review of employee expense reports

  • Payment Processing for Sub Contractor

  • Preparation of Sub contractor accrual entries (month-end)

  • Provide support to Sr Analyst with Project profitability and cost analysis

  • Works with AP on Vendor Maintenance

  • Preparation of various reports to management and team

  • Assists in day to day operations of the business

  • Provides Global Support to PS Business

Expectations for this job profile are typically as follows:

  • Work with limited guidance on larger projects and assignments that have a direct impact on immediate team's results.

  • Apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis needed to solve problems.

  • Build working relationships with peers to resolve problems through collaboration.

  • May provide guidance to entry level professionals or support employees.

Qualifications / Skills Required and Preferred:

  • 2 to 5 years of general accounting, business or finance related experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA is an advantage

  • High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial analysis

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and within a team environment.

  • Software, Hi-Tech experience preferred.

  • Tool / application experience preferred: Microsoft Excel, Workday and SFDC

  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skill
