About the role
You will ensure Appier is strategically positioned in the investment community and capital market through the mutual communication with global investors, analysts and stakeholders. Uniquely in this role you will participate in several segments of finance management in a Tokyo prime exchange listed company.
What you’ll do
- Statutory disclosure (draft preparation)
- Dealing with auditing firms and tax accountants (submission of documents)
- BoD/EM agenda
- Corporate governance
- Management of internal regulations
- Stock administration
- Shareholders' meeting secretariat
- Analysis of financial data
- Preparation and translation of IR materials (joint)
- Responding to questions from individual investors (joint)
- Timely disclosure
- Stock buybacks, dividends
- Listing of bank transactions, account management
Who you are
- 5+ years as a Finance Manager/Investor relations or similar field
- Experience within one of the following: Finance/accounting department of a listed company, Corporate department of a bank, or auditing firm, accounting office
- Native Japanese, Conversational English
(Nice to have, but not required)
- Experience in preparing disclosure documents(securities report, etc)
- Certified public accountant
