職務内容についてプロデューサーとして、このポジションは、アニメ共同制作チームのVP（バイス・プレジデント）に報告します。
東京オフィス勤務の応募者を募集しています。
- このポジションの主な目標は、製作パートナーと共にコンテンツを共同開発・製作し、目標を達成することです。
- グローバル市場において新たなアニメファンを惹きつけ、魅力的なストーリーと美しいアニメーションで継続的な関心を維持する。
ファンがアニメの世界でこれまで見たことのない、新しいジャンルを世界に紹介する。
また、各地域のトレンドに細心の注意を払い、最大視聴数を獲得できるコンテンツを選定することで、プラットフォームの新規購読者獲得と追加の収益創出に貢献していただきます。
本ポジションは、アニメ共同製作チームのシニア・プロデューサーに対し、コンテンツラインナップ戦略の構築とチームマネジメントの面でサポートを提供します。
コンテンツ製作ビジネスへの深い理解と業界内のネットワークを活用し、個人として、そしてチームメンバーとも連携してコンテンツの開発・製作を推進していただきます。
また、チーム内のアソシエイト・プロデューサーを指導し、メンターとして建設的なフィードバックを提供することで、人材育成にも貢献していただきます。
主な担当業務- 製作委員会と協力し、クランチロールの品質基準を満たし、グローバルな視聴者に響くプレミアムアニメコンテンツの開発、制作、配信を推進します。
- 市場の動向とオーディエンスインサイトを分析し、最も有望な原作・プロジェクトの特定、評価、確保を行います。また、各地域のニーズと機会に応じたコンテンツ戦略を策定します。
- 事業目標と長期的な成長優先事項に合致するよう、総合的な制作戦略の策定に貢献します。
- プロデューサーおよびアソシエイト・プロデューサーからなるハイパフォーマンスチームを統率し、指導・育成します。制作プロジェクトの全段階を通じてチームを導き、主要人材の採用・オンボーディングを通じて、事業目標達成に必要なチーム体制を構築します。
- 社内チームおよび製作委員会にとって主要な窓口となり、信頼できる戦略的パートナーとしての役割を果たします。全てのプロジェクトが合意されたスコープと要件内で開発され、スケジュール通りに、かつ仕様通りに納品されることを確実にします。
- アニメ分野におけるコンテンツ開発および製作委員会への参加経験が5年以上あること。
- コンテンツ製作事業に対する深い理解と、アニメ業界全体における強固なネットワークを有すること。
- ライツビジネス全般に関する確かな知識と、それがコンテンツ製作・流通にどのように応用されるかを理解していること。
- 変化の激しい環境下で、複数の優先事項を管理し、厳しい納期に対応してきた実績。
- 細部にまで徹底的にこだわる姿勢と、実践的なアプローチで制作業務に積極的に関与する意欲。
- 戦略的思考力を備え、多角的な視点から課題を分析し、情報に基づいた意思決定を行う能力。
- 国内外のアニメ業界のトレンドと発展状況について精通していること。
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を有している。
