Finkraft is revolutionizing fintech with cutting-edge GST compliance and financial automation solutions. We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead finance operations, client billing, revenue management, cost tracking, compliance, and process automation.
This role demands a sharp financial strategist who can optimize billing, collections, sales revenue, and compliance management while ensuring operational efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with financial operations, a strong leader, and a data-driven decision-maker.
- Own end-to-end client billing and receivables management
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and potential revenue tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
- Handle client escalations related to billing and compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations on contracts
- Coordinate with sales to track revenue growth
- Monitor monthly sales trends and meet targets
- Identify revenue leakage points and act
- Define and monitor team KPIs and KRAs
- Implement a performance review system
- Track and analyze revenue vs. cost per transaction/personnel
- Optimize financial performance with ROI-driven strategies
- Reduce costs while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and ROC regulations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes
- Mitigate financial risks with legal and compliance teams
Skills Required
- End-to-end client billing and receivables management
- Experience with billing, collections, and revenue tracking
- Strong leadership and team performance management
- Data-driven decision-making and financial analysis skills
- Coordinate with sales to monitor revenue growth and identify leakage
- Cost vs. revenue optimization and ROI tracking experience
