THE ROLE
As a Finance Manager supporting Everpure's flagship FlashBlade//EXA AI storage platform, you will drive the financial strategy and operational planning for our high-growth hyperscale AI business. In this highly visible role, you partner directly with R&D, product, and engineering leaders to guide resource allocation and long-term strategic investments. By delivering actionable insights at the intersection of deep systems engineering and cutting-edge AI infrastructure, you empower executive decisions that accelerate market adoption. Ultimately, your work directly influences the commercial success of our most strategic AI product line during a major market expansion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own global top-line and margin forecasting for Everpure's subscription business units by architecting advanced P&L and capital expenditure models to ensure operational forecasts align perfectly with reported corporate financial results.
- Drive strategic business performance storytelling by analyzing critical subscription metrics (ARR, bookings, retention, churn, and expansion) to provide product and executive leadership with data-driven insights and compelling visuals that guide long-range planning.
- Cultivate cross-functional financial partnerships with Product, GTM, and Operations leaders to evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and resource allocations during quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Architect and automate data-driven reporting systems by collaborating with business systems and data engineering teams to design scalable dashboards (such as Tableau or Power BI) that eliminate manual data tracking and improve reporting accuracy.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Financial Mastery & Modeling Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, P&L management, and corporate modeling, with advanced proficiency utilizing financial tools to build scalable planning frameworks.
- Hardware, Subscription, and/or Tech Business Experience: Deep understanding of tech industry business models and core subscription metrics, including ARR, bookings, revenue recognition, retention, churn, and gross margin expansion.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Proven capability to act as a core financial partner to engineering, product, or operational teams, driving alignment across top-line forecasting and strategic business goals.
- Data Automation: Skills in developing and maintaining automated reporting infrastructure and interactive financial dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to improve data-driven decision making, preferred.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
