We Are Seeking a Finance Manager to Join Our Team!
The
Finance Manager will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for
managing the company's treasury, financial planning, reporting, taxation,
audit, and corporate governance functions. The role will oversee liquidity
management, financing relationships, budgeting, profitability analysis, IFRS compliance,
and financial controls while supporting business growth and operational
excellence. Working closely with executive management, the Finance Manager will
provide financial leadership, commercial insight, and data-driven
recommendations to support strategic initiatives, optimize working capital, and
ensure the organization's long-term financial health and regulatory compliance.
- Lead treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and working capital optimization.
- Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, guarantees, bonds, and corporate banking requirements.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L reports, profitability analysis, financial models, and business performance reviews.
- Oversee monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
- Review revenue recognition, sales reporting, collection forecasts, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Lead external audits, statutory financial reporting, and IFRS compliance activities.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and regulatory filings.
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and scenario analysis.
- Oversee inter company accounting, transfer pricing compliance, and group reporting requirements.
- Lead ERP governance, process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
- Support corporate governance, legal entity management, restructuring activities, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage financial controls, corporate credit cards, incentive schemes, and compensation-related financial planning.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, and financial planning roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance frameworks in KSA.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills at senior management level.

Skills Required
