About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join ESR Group to lead and oversee financial management, planning, and reporting activities. This role entails driving financial strategy, enhancing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations across the group. The Finance Manager will also work closely with senior leadership to support business growth and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including IFRS.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, accounting, and external auditors.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
  • Manage and mentor finance team members to develop technical capabilities and performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, ideally within real estate or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite along with experience or exposure to AI-enabled tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, automation tools)
