Lead leasing and project development for East China: source land and customers, conduct market and competitor research, manage leasing/sales negotiations, coordinate client-driven modifications with engineering, maintain client relationships, support property teams, report progress to HQ and investors, provide regional market research, and participate in industry events. Support the Infrastructure Investment team with research, financial modeling, market analysis, due diligence, investment presentations, and portfolio monitoring/reporting while contributing to internal knowledge resources.

Support execution of bank connectivity, payment configuration, UAT, and data validation for a TMS implementation. Drive H2H onboarding with ~25 banks, manage documentation and signatory processes, configure payment formats and routing, execute test payments, validate approval workflows and reconciliation (camt.053), log defects, and maintain status and risk trackers through go-live.

Lead end-to-end delivery of development and construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, contractors, compliance, quality, and handover. This role involves procuring and executing debt financing for infrastructure projects in Japan, collaborating with various teams, negotiating terms, and managing relationships with lenders.

Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and front-desk rotation. Support administrative workflows including contracts, invoices, asset and records management, mail/courier, statutory and corporate governance tasks, HR onboarding and benefits administration, employee engagement, and executive support including meeting coordination and special projects.

Support delivery of industrial, logistics and commercial development projects through contract administration, commercial management, tendering, procurement, claims and variations management, project coordination, and maintaining project documentation and registers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with contractual objectives.

Support ESR's data centre investment platform through financial model maintenance and valuation, investor and management reporting, portfolio analysis, due diligence support, acquisitions, joint venture workstreams, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external partners.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data-centre and mission-critical construction projects in Korea. Manage cost, schedule, quality, contracts, permits, vendors, risk, project controls, reporting, EHS, and handover to operations while coordinating stakeholders and ensuring compliance with design standards and owner requirements.

Support ESR's development business by creating and maintaining feasibility and cash flow models, delivering regular investor and budget reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate projects and leasing outcomes, managing development databases and reporting tools, and identifying process improvements using technology and AI.

The Analyst oversees properties, tracks performance, analyzes risks, prepares reports and budgets, and evaluates investment opportunities in asset management.

Design and govern enterprise integration and data architecture. Lead cross-system impact analysis, define integration standards and blueprints, support platform selection, ensure data quality and interoperability, and advise stakeholders and delivery teams on architecture and governance.

Support financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting across the ANZ portfolio. Prepare journals, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial statements, AP/AR monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support while improving finance processes.

Lead and supervise the finance team across group entities, manage monthly and consolidated closings, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting. Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (SFRS, SGX-ST, MAS), prepare board papers and investor disclosures, support due diligence for investments, liaise with auditors and advisers, and drive adoption of AI/automation tools to improve finance processes. Report to the CFO and perform ad-hoc senior finance duties.

Support Group CoSec with corporate governance, preparing and coordinating board/shareholder documents, maintaining statutory records and entity documentation, managing document execution and version control, tracking filings and deadlines, liaising with stakeholders and external providers, and supporting transactions and document-management processes.

Manage financial operations for project and management companies across the investment lifecycle: oversee month-end close and internal reporting, cash management and capital calls, budgeting and cost control, tax filings, internal transactions, external audits, and ad-hoc finance issues while working with investors and stakeholders.
