The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and governance. The role will establish robust financial policies and procedures, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and efficiency across trading, services, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

  • Establish and staff the finance department to meet business needs.

  • Drive strategic financial planning to align with company objectives.

  • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to management and the board.

  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee financial optimization, cost control, and resource allocation.

  • Provide accurate and timely communication with the Board on financial matters.

  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, monitoring performance and capacity building.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management activities.

  • Leverage ERP systems (preferably Next ERP) for financial efficiency and reporting.

  • Effective cost control and efficiency measures.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred but not mandatory.

  • Mid-level managerial experience in Finance.

  • Proven experience in financial management within trading, importation, services, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Next ERP.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.



Skills Required
